We are looking for a reliable, tech-oriented leader who can inspire students while keeping operations tightly organized.

• Skills: Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office/Google Workspace), strong digital literacy, basic understanding of digital marketing/social media, and excellent organizational skills.

• Mindset: Highly responsible, empathetic toward children, structured in execution, and capable of working as a bridge between the center and the Head Office.

• Experience: Prior experience in teaching, basic administration, or coordination is highly preferred. Local residents of Gurgaon or those able to easily commute to Sector 9 are ideal.

• • We are looking for a wordsmith who can translate real-world impact into moving stories. Excellent written English, strong proofreading skills, and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences (from corporate donors to social media followers) are essential. A background in creative writing, journalism, or communications is highly preferred. Most importantly, you should possess a deep sense of empathy and a desire to use your writing to champion the cause of girl-child empowerment.

You must possess advanced skills in prompting and navigating mainstream AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or automation tools like Make/Zapier). Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving agility, and the ability to quickly understand a new task—whether it is legal research or copywriting—are essential. Since your tasks will shift based on the organization’s weekly priorities, high adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a self-driven mindset are critical.

At Dream Girl Foundation, we believe that public awareness shouldn’t be boring. We are looking for a creative Meme Maker & Reel Creator Volunteer who can take serious social issues—like gender equality, education, health, and civic responsibility—and translate them into viral, relatable, and witty content.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, empathetic, and digitally savvy.

• Skills: Basic graphic design skills (Canva is perfectly fine!), strong copywriting, and a solid understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.

• Mindset: A heart for philanthropy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Experience: Prior experience managing social media pages is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and make a difference is what matters most!
